  • 2 cups Coconut Water Choose unsweetened.
  • 1 cup Cream of Coconut E.g. Coco Lopez.
  • ½ cup Fresh Lime Juice Approx. from 4-5 limes.
  • 1 cup Non-Alcoholic Rum Optional.
  • 3-4 cups Ice Cubes For serving.
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut Optional for rimming glasses.
  • 8 pieces Lime Wedges
  • 8 pieces Pineapple Wedges
  • 8 pieces Maraschino Cherries

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spread shredded coconut on a plate, run a lime wedge around glass rims, and dip into shredded coconut.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and lime juice. Stir for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Taste the punch and adjust sweetness or acidity, adding non-alcoholic rum if desired.
  4. Fill garnished glasses with ice cubes, then pour punch over the ice, filling about three-quarters full.
  5. Garnish each glass with a lime wheel, pineapple wedge, and maraschino cherry for a colorful presentation.
  6. Refrigerate any leftover punch. Serve chilled, pouring over ice if necessary.
