Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry the berries and cherry tomatoes under cold water, then pat dry.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a large serving bowl with the blueberries.
  3. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle over the tomato and blueberry mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Gently toss the salad ingredients together to combine.
  6. Slice mozzarella into thick slabs, then cut star shapes using a cookie cutter.
  7. Arrange the mozzarella stars atop the berry and tomato mixture and serve immediately.
