Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the box cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each about two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
  3. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Mix frosting with pink food coloring to achieve your desired pastel shade.
  5. Frost each cooled cupcake with the pink frosting, aiming for a smooth and swirled appearance.
  6. Sprinkle coconut flakes over the frosted cupcakes to create a 'snow' effect.
  7. Cut mini marshmallows diagonally to form bunny ears and secure them on the cupcakes with toothpicks.
