Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking pan.
- Combine quick oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Melt ½ cup of butter and mix with dry ingredients.
- Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture for topping, then press the remaining crumble into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the fudge filling over the crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle reserved crumble on top and press Easter M&M's into the topping.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges pull away from the pan and topping is golden brown. Let cool in the pan.
- Once cooled, lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
