Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.

- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Clean the grill grates with a brush to prevent sticking.

- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill grates. Cover the grill and cook for 6–8 minutes.

- Flip the chicken using tongs and brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the top. Continue cooking for an additional 5–7 minutes.

- Check the internal temperature using a meat thermometer. The temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

- Remove from grill and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving with additional BBQ sauce.

Notes
Allowing chicken to marinate enhances flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness and always let the chicken rest before serving.
