Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by placing the Vanilla Oreo Cookies in a blender or food processor. Pulse until they turn into a fine crumb, resembling sand (about 15-20 seconds). Transfer crumbs to a mixing bowl.
- Add the softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese to the crushed cookies. Blend until fully combined and has a dough-like consistency (about 2-3 minutes).
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Freeze for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth (1-2 minutes). Stir in 1 tbsp of coconut oil or shortening.
- Dip each truffle into the melted coating using a fork, ensuring they're completely covered. Tap the fork against the bowl's edge to remove excess coating.
- Melt the colored candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle over each dipped truffle in a fun design. Allow to set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
