Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients in a Zip-loc bag, add steak, seal, shake, and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, between 450-500°F.
  4. Chop bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into 1 1/4 inch pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble kabobs by alternately threading marinated steak and vegetables onto soaked skewers.
  6. Grill kabobs for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F for medium-rare.
