Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk, egg, sugar, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Grate the apple and fold it into the wet mixture until evenly dispersed.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
  7. Flip the pancakes when golden and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden.
  8. Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.
