  3. Add egg yolks one at a time to the mixture, mixing well after each addition. Beat for another 2-3 minutes until glossy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form, taking about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture in three additions to maintain volume.
