Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing a cookie sheet in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  2. Once the cookie sheet is chilled, rinse your fresh blueberries under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Take the chilled cookie sheet out of the freezer and line it with wax or parchment paper.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl or cup, spoon out your Greek yogurt.
  5. Insert a toothpick into each blueberry to create a handy handle for dipping.
  6. Dip each skewer of blueberries into the yogurt, making sure they are fully covered.
  7. Once all the blueberries are dipped and placed on the cookie sheet, return it to the freezer.
  8. After the yogurt has completely frozen, remove them from the sheet carefully and store them.
