Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep your ingredients: Peel and devein the shrimp, slice the sausage, and chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
  2. Cook sausage: In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. Cook broccoli: In the same skillet, add another tbsp of olive oil and sauté broccoli for 5-6 minutes until tender and vibrant. Set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp: Reduce heat to medium, season shrimp with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink. Set aside.
  5. Make garlic butter sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  6. Combine ingredients: Return sausage, broccoli, and shrimp to skillet, pour garlic butter sauce over everything, and toss to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve: Plate immediately, garnishing with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
