Preparation Steps
- Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for consistent cooking. Skewer these chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for air circulation.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the minced garlic and hot sauce. Stir the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Once done, include red pepper flakes and chopped parsley, stirring until well combined.
- While the sauce cools, preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken skewers lightly with olive oil.
- Carefully place the oiled skewers on the hot grill. Grill them for about 3-4 minutes per side, basting with the garlic parmesan sauce as you cook.
- Once cooked, remove the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute. Arrange them on a serving platter and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve.

Notes
Marinate chicken for more flavor and use fresh ingredients for the best results. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature for safety.
