Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for consistent cooking. Skewer these chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for air circulation.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the minced garlic and hot sauce. Stir the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Once done, include red pepper flakes and chopped parsley, stirring until well combined.
  3. While the sauce cools, preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken skewers lightly with olive oil.
