Steps
  1. Wash the radishes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Slice them evenly to about 1/8 inch thick and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle half of the lemon juice over the radish slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss gently, then massage the radishes for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and torn dill to the radishes. Gently fold the ingredients together without smashing the radishes.
  4. Spread the radish slices out on a large plate for an elegant presentation, arranged in a circular pattern.
  5. Zest the remaining lemon over the salad, sprinkle more Parmesan and fresh dill on top, and finish with cracked black pepper and additional salt if necessary.
