For the Base
  • 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice Or quinoa
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water Adjust consistency to taste

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.

  3. Steam broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice. Add water to adjust sauce consistency.
  5. Assemble bowls with brown rice, sliced chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.
