Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush them with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and let rest.
  3. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Spread onto a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cook the chosen grains according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in heavy cream and season. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Assemble the bowls by layering grains, grilled chicken slices, roasted broccoli, and drizzling with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with parsley or chives.
