- Combine the marinated chicken and chopped vegetables in a bag or bowl, ensuring every piece is coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables alternately onto soaked skewers, ensuring not to pack them too tightly.
