- Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350°F (175°C), for charring the corn.
- Husk the fresh corn on the cob, rinse under cool water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil for each ear of corn. Place one cob on the foil, add butter, sprinkle with salt and any preferred seasonings, and wrap securely.
- Place the foil packets on the preheated grill, cover, and let cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
