Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Peppers
  1. Wash and dry the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut each pepper in half and remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides of the peppers. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and oregano. Rub seasoning and oil evenly.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C). Preheat for at least 10-15 minutes.

  5. Flip the peppers over so the flesh side is down and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from the grill. Optionally sprinkle minced garlic over warm peppers. Serve warm or at room temperature.
