- Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks and transfer them to a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until well blended.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss thoroughly to coat.
- Preheat the grill to 400°F (204°C).
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a large sheet of aluminum foil and fold tightly to create a sealed packet.
- Grill the foil packet for 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
