  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

  • 2/3 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions thinly sliced

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks and transfer them to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until well blended.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss thoroughly to coat.
  4. Preheat the grill to 400°F (204°C).
  5. Transfer the seasoned potatoes onto a large sheet of aluminum foil and fold tightly to create a sealed packet.
  6. Grill the foil packet for 10 minutes, then flip and grill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Open the foil packet, sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over the potatoes, and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove the packet from the grill and top with parsley and green onions before serving.
