  1. Begin by washing and cutting the potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Pompeian extra virgin olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cut potato chunks to the seasoning mix and toss well to coat.
  4. Preheat your grill to 400°F (204°C).
  5. Place the seasoned potato chunks into a large piece of heavy-duty foil and seal tightly.
