- In a mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
- Divide the marinade into two bags. In one, add beef cubes and shrimp; in the other, add vegetables. Coat well and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers, leaving gaps for even cooking.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until beef is browned and shrimp are opaque.
- Remove from grill, let rest briefly, and garnish with parsley before serving.
