Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce Use low-sodium for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice Can substitute with orange juice.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Use honey for a healthier alternative.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can enhance umami.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Substitute with white pepper for a milder flavor.
For the Kabobs
  • 1 pound Beef Cubes (Top Sirloin or Ribeye) Substitute with chicken or pork if desired.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Use large, peeled shrimp.
  • 2 cups Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms) Substitute with zucchini or asparagus if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley For garnish; can be omitted.

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Divide the marinade into two bags. In one, add beef cubes and shrimp; in the other, add vegetables. Coat well and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers, leaving gaps for even cooking.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until beef is browned and shrimp are opaque.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest briefly, and garnish with parsley before serving.
