Grilling Instructions
- Begin by preheating your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Clean the grates with a grill brush.
- Slice the zucchini into even rounds or elongated halves, about a half-inch thick. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Arrange the zucchini slices on the grill. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes until tender with char marks.
- Remove the zucchini from the grill and place on a serving platter. Allow them to rest for a minute or two.
- Crumble goat cheese over the warm zucchini. Scatter fresh basil leaves and drizzle honey on top.
- Serve immediately while warm.
