  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing with the garlic oil. Gradually add reserved pasta water until desired sauce consistency is achieved.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Plate the pasta and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately.
