Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, ½ cup of nut butter, ⅓ cup of honey, and 1 scoop of protein powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  2. If the mixture is too wet, add another ¼ cup of rolled oats. If too dry, incorporate an additional tablespoon of nut butter or honey.
  3. Fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips and any optional add-ins. Distribute evenly throughout the mixture.
  4. With clean hands, roll spoonfuls of the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You should yield about 12-15 energy balls.

  6. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
