- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine panko breadcrumbs, minced shallot, minced garlic, red chili flakes, lemon zest, chopped parsley, melted butter, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange the fresh or thawed shrimp in an even layer in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice and dry white wine.
- Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp and gently press down.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque, and topping is golden brown.
