  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Smooth Biscoff Spread warm slightly for easier swirling

Method
 

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Whip together the eggs in a bowl for about 1 minute, add sugars and mix until creamy.
  4. Mix in melted butter and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder into the mixture and fold until just combined.
  6. Pour brownie batter over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Microwave Biscoff spread for 5-10 seconds, drop spoonfuls over batter and swirl gently.
  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
