  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Scrub the russet potatoes under cold water. Optionally peel and cut them into ½-inch thick sticks. Soak in cold water for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Toss the potato sticks with olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  3. Arrange the oiled potato sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, oregano, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Toss the hot fries in this mixture right after cooking.
  5. Transfer the fries to a serving plate and enjoy with dipping sauces like ketchup or aioli.
