- Prep all your ingredients by slicing the chicken into thin strips, julienning the carrot, and slicing the bell pepper. Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Stir-fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell pepper and carrot for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and ginger for an additional minute.
