Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep all your ingredients by slicing the chicken into thin strips, julienning the carrot, and slicing the bell pepper. Mince the garlic and grate the fresh ginger.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Stir-fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell pepper and carrot for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and ginger for an additional minute.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add drained ramen noodles and soy sauce. Toss together over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately in bowls, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
