  • 20 Puff Pastry Cups Use pre-made for convenience; keep cold for flakiness.
For the Chicken Salad
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Leftover, rotisserie, or cooked chicken.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Strain if watery; may substitute with mayonnaise.
  • 1 cup Grapes Red or green, halved.
  • 1/4 cup Chives Fresh, for garnish.

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by taking one sheet of chilled puff pastry and gently unfold it. Cut out 20 circles, half with a smaller circle in the center.
  2. Stack the doughnut shapes on top of the whole circles and brush with beaten egg. Chill for 30 minutes and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Bake the pastry for 16-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, strained Greek yogurt, and halved grapes. Fold together gently.
  5. Once cooled, remove the inner circle from each pastry cup and fill with the chicken salad. Garnish with chives.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture.
