Step-by-Step Instructions for Monte Cristo Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls horizontally into two equal halves, placing the bottom half into the baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli sliced smoked ham, followed by the roasted turkey, and top with Gruyère cheese.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise.
  5. Pour half of the glaze evenly over the layered meats and cheese.
  6. Carefully place the top half of the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls back on and pour remaining glaze evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden brown, covering with foil if browning too quickly.
