For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Boosts savoriness.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds depth to flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can be replaced with avocado oil.
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Brightens up each serving.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Carefully place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and create a pocket in each.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Generously stuff each chicken pocket with the cheese mixture. Secure openings with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the exterior of each chicken breast.
  6. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the oven, take out toothpicks, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
