Preparation Steps
- Process 24 Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Combine with melted butter and salt, then press into a baking pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, then fold in whipped topping and strawberries. Spread over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Combine Jell-O mix with boiling water, then add ice water. Allow to cool and fold in whipped topping. Layer over the cheesecake and smooth out.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish and serve cut into squares.
