  • 1 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin, sesame)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch acts as a binder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt use flaky sea salt for crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 135°C (275°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed seeds, cornstarch, and salt. Add canola oil and boiling water, stirring until well mixed. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin layer (about 1/8 inch thick). Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  4. Bake for 90 minutes, rotating halfway through for even browning. The crackers are done when golden and firm.
  5. Cool completely on a wire rack, then break or cut into pieces.
