Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 135°C (275°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed seeds, cornstarch, and salt. Add canola oil and boiling water, stirring until well mixed. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin layer (about 1/8 inch thick). Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 90 minutes, rotating halfway through for even browning. The crackers are done when golden and firm.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then break or cut into pieces.
