- In a large ziptop bag, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, ground ginger, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the marinade-filled bag, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill, lightly oiling the grates.
- Take a grill basket and toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken on the medium heat side.
- Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, checking that it reaches 165°F.
- Move the prepared broccoli to the high heat side of the grill and grill for approximately 5 minutes.
- Remove everything from the grill and garnish chicken with additional lemon zest and herbs.
