Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate the steak by rubbing olive oil on both sides, coating with the seasoning mix, and letting it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Sauté the vegetables by heating olive oil in a skillet and cooking onions and bell peppers for 7-8 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cook the steak in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes.
