  • 8 ounces Noodles (Udon/Ramen) gluten-free noodles can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional topping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Beef: Cut beef chuck into 1-inch chunks, season with black pepper, and set aside.
  2. Mix the Sauce: Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and gochujang in a bowl until combined.
  3. Place in Slow Cooker: Transfer seasoned beef to slow cooker, pour sauce mixture over, coating all pieces.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  5. Prepare Noodles: About 15-20 minutes before beef is done, cook noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Combine: Stir in cooked noodles gently into the slow cooker with the beef.
  7. Serve: Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if using.
