Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine quartered strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until thickened. Cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine warmed strawberry milk and strawberry syrup, stirring until blended. Set aside.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in the strawberry milk mixture for 1-2 seconds, ensuring they absorb flavor without becoming soggy. Arrange in a baking dish.
  5. Assemble by layering half the ladyfingers, followed by half the mascarpone filling, and then the strawberry filling. Repeat layering.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 4 hours to allow flavors to meld and the tiramisu to set.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry dust and garnish with fresh strawberry slices. Enjoy!
