Brownie Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan completely.
- In another bowl, mix strawberry preserves and softened cream cheese. Gradually add powdered sugar and salt, and then milk.
- Once the brownies are cool, lift them from the pan and spread the glaze on top. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries if desired.
- Cut the brownies into squares and serve.
