Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl, coat with marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and oil the grates.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  5. Baste chicken with reserved marinade in the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
