For the Jalapeños

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Blend cream cheese and medium cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add chives, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and carefully remove seeds and membranes.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture, leaving space at the top.
  5. Melt butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs and chopped bacon. Sprinkle over stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake jalapeños for 17-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
