  • 4 slices Genoa Salami sliced
  • 4 slices Ham sliced
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Olive Spread
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings dried
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Parsley
Finishing Touch
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil with dried Italian seasonings.
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury pizza dough onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
  4. Evenly spread olive spread across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer sliced provolone cheese, Genoa salami, ham, sharp cheddar, and jack cheese.
  6. Starting from one of the short sides, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  7. Cut the log into 2-3 inch rolls.
  8. Place sliced rolls on the prepared cookie sheet and baste the tops with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
