Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil with dried Italian seasonings.
- Unroll the Pillsbury pizza dough onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
- Evenly spread olive spread across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer sliced provolone cheese, Genoa salami, ham, sharp cheddar, and jack cheese.
- Starting from one of the short sides, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Cut the log into 2-3 inch rolls.
- Place sliced rolls on the prepared cookie sheet and baste the tops with the seasoned olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
