  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or raspberry jam
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Blueberry Layer
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin can substitute with agar-agar
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple well-drained
Topping
  • 2 cups whipped cream Cool Whip can be used
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries for garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, strawberry jam, and melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Dissolve gelatin following package instructions. Mix blueberry pie filling with drained crushed pineapple. Combine with gelatin and pour over the cheesecake layer. Chill for 3-4 hours.
  4. Dollop whipped cream on top of the blueberry layer and spread evenly. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
