Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, strawberry jam, and melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Dissolve gelatin following package instructions. Mix blueberry pie filling with drained crushed pineapple. Combine with gelatin and pour over the cheesecake layer. Chill for 3-4 hours.
- Dollop whipped cream on top of the blueberry layer and spread evenly. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
