Method
 

Base Preparation

  2. Cover the bowl or jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the mixture well before serving.
  4. Layer with your favorite toppings such as banana slices, fresh berries, or chopped peanuts.
  5. For a warm breakfast, transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30-60 seconds.
