  • Parchment Paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by finely chopping the dried apricots and fresh ginger to ensure they blend smoothly.
  2. In a powerful food processor, add the chopped dried apricots, fresh ginger, and your selected nuts. Pulse for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a sticky mass.
  3. If using chia seeds, add them to the food processor and pulse again for another 30 seconds.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the mixture onto it, pressing down firmly to create an even thickness.
  5. Place the tray into the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once they’ve set, carefully lift the mixture out of the tray using the parchment paper and cut into bars or squares.
