For the Dressing
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar Red wine or balsamic.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Fresh oregano can be used.
  • salt To taste.
  • pepper To taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
