  • 1 cup Water Or sparkling water for fizz

  • 2 cups Ice Cubed
  • 1 handful Mint Leaves For garnish

  • 1 medium Banana For creaminess
  • 1 medium Pear For tropical flavor

Method
 

Pineapple Mocktail Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pineapple: Peel and chop the pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Combine pineapple, lemon juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the Mixture: Strain through a sieve into a bowl, discarding pulp.
  4. Chill with Ice: Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Rim the Glasses: Dip rims of glasses in water then sugar.
  6. Garnish with Grilled Pineapple: Grill pineapple slices until charred for garnish.
  7. Finish with Mint Leaves: Add slapped mint sprigs to each glass.
