Ingredients

For the Kabobs
  • 2 cups Strawberries Bright and juicy, can substitute with raspberries.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Sweet and bursting with flavor, blackcurrants can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Blackberries Any other dark berries can be used as an alternative.
  • 6 pieces Strawberry Shortcake Rolls Can be replaced with sponge cake or other cake rolls.
For the Drizzle
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Can switch to milk chocolate for a different flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil Helps achieve the perfect consistency for the drizzle.

Equipment

  • skewers
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • sharp knife
  • tray

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the strawberry shortcake rolls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm them up. Once chilled, remove and slice each roll into 6 even pieces, setting aside for assembly.
  2. Grab your skewers and start assembling the kabobs. Thread each skewer with a piece of strawberry shortcake roll, followed by a strawberry, a blueberry, and a blackberry. Repeat this pattern, finishing with a strawberry at the top.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes total.
  4. Once assembled, place the kabobs on a tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the melted white chocolate generously over them. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to set slightly before moving to the fridge.
  5. Transfer the kabobs to the refrigerator and allow them to chill for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately for the best taste.
