Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by placing the strawberry shortcake rolls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm them up. Once chilled, remove and slice each roll into 6 even pieces, setting aside for assembly.
- Grab your skewers and start assembling the kabobs. Thread each skewer with a piece of strawberry shortcake roll, followed by a strawberry, a blueberry, and a blackberry. Repeat this pattern, finishing with a strawberry at the top.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes total.
- Once assembled, place the kabobs on a tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the melted white chocolate generously over them. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to set slightly before moving to the fridge.
- Transfer the kabobs to the refrigerator and allow them to chill for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately for the best taste.
