  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 medium Onion diced, yellow or white recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
For the Dough
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls pre-packaged

Method
 

Assembly Instructions
  1. Step 1: Cook the Sausage. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add breakfast sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking apart until browned. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Filling. Combine cooled sausage with softened cream cheese, onion, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Stir until blended.
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Crescent Rolls. Open crescent rolls, separate into triangles, and lay flat. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Bites. Take a teaspoon of filling, place it on the wide end of each triangle, and roll tightly. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate. Space assembled bites on a cookie sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Bake the Bites. Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes, until golden brown.
