Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  2. Remove bacon and save grease for caramelizing onions.
  3. Caramelize sliced onions in the same skillet for 10-15 minutes, adding stout if sticking.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  5. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheddar on top in the last minute.
  6. Combine sour cream and Dijon mustard for the sauce.
  7. Toast brioche buns in the skillet with melted butter for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Assemble burgers with patties, caramelized onions, bacon, and sauce.
  9. Serve hot with sides like sweet potato fries or slaw.
