  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare shrimp by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove shrimp and deglaze pan by adding white wine, scraping the bottom for flavor.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice until the cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
  7. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  8. Combine pasta with the sauce and shrimp, tossing to coat well. Adjust consistency with pasta water if needed.
  9. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes; serve hot.
